Special Order Products
We offer a wide variety of outdoor products for custom order to meet your specific needs. Most special order products usually arrive at our facilities within 6-8 weeks. While we will work to ensure your special order products arrive as quickly as possible, please be aware that some orders may require additional production time due to circumstances outside of our control. In the event a order is delayed beyond the original estimated lead-time, we will do our best to provide updates and information about the order as we receive it from the manufacturer.
Please note that proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
Outdoor Furniture, Cushions, Pillows & Umbrellas
- Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. No returns after 10 days.
- No re-stocking fees on special orders cancelled within 5 days of order placement.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once product has been shipped out or delivered.
- All items must be in new, un-used condition, with all packaging, tags and information still attached.
- Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email. All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Items returned without original packaging, tags and/or labels will receive store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Holiday & Christmas Items
Holiday and Christmas items purchased on or before November 25th may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email. All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
Holiday and Christmas items purchased after November 26th and before December 25th may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email. All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
Items purchased on or after December 25th may not be returned.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any open box items.
Closeout, Clearance & "As-Is" Items
Closeout and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Today's Patio Outlet store, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
Pool Chemicals, Equipment & Toys
Pool products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase and must be in their original packaging and un-opened.
Automatic Pool Cleaners
Pool cleaners may only be returned within 30 days of purchase and require prior return approval from the manufacturer. All cleaners being returned, must be in their original packaging and un-opened.
Today's Patio Outlet store offers one-off, closeout, discontinued, returned and not-quite-perfect furniture and patio accessories for sale at reduced prices.
Outlet Store Policies
- All merchandise sold as-is; all sales are final.
- Quantities are limited to stock on hand; shop early for best selection.
- Outlet Store pricing and/or discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, other promotional coupons or other offers unless otherwise specified.
- Merchandise may be priced according to quality and condition.
- Cash, credit cards and personal checks are accepted with valid identification.
- Any missing parts, pieces, or materials may be available for an additional charge. See sales associate for details and availability.
- If you chose to pickup or take the products home in your own vehicle, you must come prepared with tie-downs, blankets and other supplies to load and secure the merchandise as none will be available on site.
